I made this custom game:

The settings are set to maximize the number of ships on the map as quickly as possible, with the idea of making it pretty crazy from the start.

Edited because my maths is terrible, you start with 1000 ships and 40 ships per hour for 32 people.

So 4024=96032=30702+32000=62702

62702 ships on the map after 24 hours if everybody did nothing… but one person is already building 100 ships an hour before it even started…
