[Bug] Two AI with the same name (Old Grey Blab)

Observed: I’m in a solo skirmish game (5372680085700608), and two of the AI both have the name “Old Grey Blab”.

Expected: AI pirates never have the same name (unless it is a very common name for goblins to have).
