Bug - captured star, no event in log, did not destroy (and loot) economy

Bug in game Neptune's Pride

Captured Alcyone, but no event showed up in the log, and I did not loot the economy, and the economy was not destroyed.

It is slightly possible the player abandoned the star but I find that highly doubtful since it was a hostile action, it did not show as abandoned in the last update when my carrier was about 30 minutes away.

Count your ships. Did you lose any ships by combat ?

Did your enemy evacuate any carriers before your arrival ?

He probably abandoned the star during the 30 minutes when you were not looking ?
