Building carrier does not work in this case

repro steps:

  • select a carrier with ships on a star that has no ships.
  • move one ship off the carrier and onto the star with the “<” arrow.
  • now the star has 1 ship.
  • press the ship icon to build one
  • instead of bringing up the new way points window, it closes.
  • you need to reenter the star window and press the ship icon again to create a ship.

not the end of the world, but it’s a bug. I see this in turn based games if that matters.

I have also experienced this in Firefox on Windows 7 for at least the last several months.

Thanks guys, I have submitted a fix for this and it should be live now. Refresh your browser and make sure I didn’t break anything while fixing it!

I also am using Firefox on Windoze 7 and this bug has been around for a while - exactly as mikejonez describes - annoying, but not the end of the world. I just tested and seems to be fixed - good job Jay! ;-
