In the galaxy menu, under the Stars tab, there is a drop box to choose between “enable” and “disable” upgrades. What does this do? As far as I can see it has no effect which ever one is selected - I can still upgrade stars individually or by bulk…What am I missing!!!
Sorry this is unclear. When enabled, the next time you open the screen, all the numbers should be hyperlinks, and clicking the hyperlink will buy the upgrade.
