Can I propose that within a formal alliance the allies are able to swap ownership of stars.
Unlike abandoning and recapturing this would swap ownership of all infrastructure and ships between players.
To do it one of the allies would propose the swap, giving the details of the 2 stars and the other ally could accept or reject the proposal.
Like star abandonment this should be limited to 1 swap per day.
