Forward slash in game name is not properly escaped in HTML title

I’m seeing the forward slash as an escape code in the broswer title / tab bar in Windows 7 x64 Firefox 31.0 for this game: Neptune's Pride

The game title looks like it is escaped correctly in other places.

Related to this is it possible to correct the email subject for game names which contain an apostrophe, I.e. NP2: Turn Ready in Game Crush'em all.
