Logging in to Triton

So whenever I need to login to Triton, it’s not possible to use my true alias. I can only ever login with my email address.

It says email or alias on the login form. Is this just me having this issue? Not that it’s a big deal, but everytime it happens, I forget to mention it here.

I always login with true alias, not email address.

There was a time where I was not stripping spaces off the end of account details, is it possible that your Alias has a space on the end you don’t know about?
