Looping Carriers Question

I’m not sure if I am asking too much of the game code, but if I have a couple of carriers looping into a star the first dropping off ships and the second one collecting them it would be helpful if the collecting carrier could tell that there was about to be a delivery and waited for the ships to be off loaded before leaving (with the newly delivered ships).
There could be a number of triggers for the collecting carrier leaving
1.A minimum number of ships needed before leaving.
2.More ships being delivered in X hours.
This would also apply for the ships being produced at the star i.e. wait for 10 ships to be produced before leaving.

Yeah, I would like to improve this system one day. It’s a popular request.
