This is not really a bug, but more of a menu wording adjustment.
In the research menu, should be current research completion time be listed as ETA (Estimated Time to Arrival) or ETC (Estimated Time to Completion)?
ETA makes sense if the research is being performed at secret research facility that is not at one of the empire’s stars and needs to be brought to one of the empire’s stars to then be distributed to the empire. However, research speed is based on the total science at individual stars. That infers that the scientists are working at the stars where science has been purchased. ETC makes more sense because it’s not arriving, it only needs to be completed.
What are your thoughts? Might that change confuse people?
