I know this is kind of sad, and not really game affecting, but I really miss (from NP1) seeing the victories a particular carrier has won.

I don’t know about the rest of you, but when I play games like NP my mind can’t help but attach little sub-stories to the game as it goes along… I love that being a premium player I can rename my carriers, and I even get attached to the ones who manage to pull off daring raids etc.

I’d love to see this back in NP2, and maybe other bits of info like how many times a star has been invaded etc.

It has been suggested that this count is also tied to the carrier gaining bonuses to combat over time.

Yeah, I thought about that and am undecided. It’s one of those things that would be annoying if your fleet got beaten by a lesser fleet; I think it would feel unfair. On the other hand it adds another dimension of strategy to fighting, which I’m generally in favour of.
