True. I suppose that question should apply to Dragons first, since they do 50% more damage for 20% more Mana, fly 1 league/3 hours, and have a 12-hour cooldown.

Dragons have downsides as well. They come from a 12 Valour settlement and cost 1500 gold to train.

True, but once you get them running and toss them at a large enough stack, they’re Valor/Mana generating machines.

I agree the Blunderbusses are little out of alignment right now. I’m comparing them to archers though. They do the same damage as archers for a 66% more mana. They are also half the speed of archers and both archers and blunderbusses have a decent strength to stand up in combat if needed (unlike artillery). All-in-all, blunderbusses are very similar to archers, but slower and more mana costly. I’m not sure I would ever bother with a blunderbuss when I have many other ranged (and melee) options that are better.
