Oh boy! That seems questionable… I know it was recently changed from a flat 200g to 4g/civilian, so this looks like it got half-reverted somehow haha.

Yes Sorry, Penny and I are on holidays away from reliable internet so I won’t be able fix this til Monday. I might take the laptop into town today to try and fix at lunchtime.

Having the exact effect explicitely described on the card, especially if it vary from time to time, should be a good thing, at least to determine if the actual affect is the one expected.
