Ship Transfer screen bug

Noticed this for a while now: If you enter the Ship Transfer screen and then move the map around in the background (i.e. keep the ship transfer screen open but drag the map about to see other stars or whatever) then the Transfer and + buttons don’t react. You have to close and reopen the ship transfer screen to get it working again.

Tested in Chrome.

Oh yeah, sorry this is a bug that I have been meaning to fix for ages. I think I will push it a bit higher on the list.
