If you use his Wrath of the Gods ability while outside of fortifications, a bullseye appears underneath him as if he’ll be attacked by his own spell. He isn’t hurt by it, though.
Yes I’ve noticed this too. Here is definitely immune to his own carrying of wrath of God but as you say the bullseye still appears beneath him.
Same here. It makes him pretty awesome when he’s deep in enemy territory all by his lonesome though. 
Yeah, I think the Storm Friar would be barely-useful if he blew himself up with his power. Just want that fixed so you don’t think it’s a risk the first time you use it.
Yes I think it is a feature not a bug it just needs to be marked more clearly.
